Join us for a ride to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Ottawa Valley ATV club’s incorporation. The ride will take place in the heart of the OVATVC’s riding area, the Madawaska Highlands, on Saturday October 16th. Due to provincial health restrictions, this ride will be limited to a fixed number of people and will require registration. This ride is open to any OFATV member wishing to join us who is already registered on this OVATVC website. If you’re not already registered on this site, please go to our registration page to register and then come back to this event site to book your spot. Note that you must have a valid OFATV trail pass and provide the pass number during registration. Registrations are manually checked before your registration is completed and may take a few days to complete – we’re all volunteers.
There will be guided tours of the trail system with a few choices of rides from something slow and easy to something more challenging. The easy ride is suitable for riders of all skill levels, whereas the more challenging rides will be for the more advanced riders and will travel the more technical trails in the area. The rides will end late afternoon near the parking area where we hope you’ll join us for a BBQ in the wilderness.
Each OFATV member wishing to attend can book a spot for themselves and for one passenger. The passenger does not need to book a spot for themselves. There is no cost for the BBQ but we do need to know if you plan to attend so we have enough food on hand to accommodate everyone. Booking cut-off is Tuesday October 12 at 11:59pm.
Details of the ride will be sent out to the registered attendees prior to the ride. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate people who just show up so booking a spot for you and your passenger is required. Proof of booking will be required upon arrival. You will receive an email showing your successful booking once completed, please print this out and bring it with you. To be fair to everyone, booking is done on a first come first served basis, sorry no exceptions.
Due to the ongoing health crisis, we ask that you maintain at least a 2m distance from others during the ride and that you wear a mask were this is not possible. Lets all do our part to help end this pandemic.
